Oh Boy don’t you wish your Last name was Kroger, Seiko, Swarovski, you get the drift they sure are having a gud old time it’s truly the season to celebrate for these guys…  tis the season for love…Hey why not?  So anyways for those of you  who don’t share these last names but nevertheless ball out control for your loved ones all year round  24/7 and don’t need to show or remind them you love them  only on holidays but still want to enjoy and celebrate the holidays with your extended family , friends and relatives who you haven’t seen in a long time? Here are some money saving tips

Gift Swapping: you don’t have to buy presents but  you do need to bring a valuable item (no old raggedy stuff) of yours and wrap it up very nice and pretty (everyone should do the same) and then swap gifts and items.

Consider not giving this Christmas because the tradition of gift giving sometimes is more of a financial burden than joy and can put a lot of financial stress on families and friends. So keep it nice and sweet and simply put  a NO GIFTS policy. This way no one feels obligated or guilty for giving small gifts when you have bought them a large and expensive gift and vice versa and or get broke on account of one day. After all spending time with loved ones is in sometimes more valuable than material things.

Put a price cap on gifts it can be 5€ or 20€ you all get to decide :o) once you have all agreed on the price limit get cracking and do your utmost best to get the best gift you can get for your loved ones on that budget. Pull out your creative hat and get on with making it look worth a million bucks no excuses use the internet, YouTube videos, Facebook, your schoolmates, workmates ….. give it your best shot, when you put love into what you do everyone gets the message and it shows :o)

Children aren’t the gift snobs they are made to be nowadays. They also know when the family needs to cost cut or whether the family is facing financial issues (yes your children are pretty accurate mind readers) So make the gift giving fun, engaging and they are bound to have a good time. Decorate the room with balloons and candy ( cost about 2€) make a card decorating challenge( children love a good challenge) which you could send to friends and family after all nothing beats a custom made card or gift or do some scrap book decorating which they can use as diaries or journals… you get the drift do things they like and have fun doing it!

E-bay, thrift stores have great stuff and accessories pop in take a look and you never know what you might get :o) If it’s a clothing item wash it and iron it to perfection, if its furniture polish it to perfection and Wrap it up real nice and pretty ALWAYS Remember it’s all about presentation.

Happy X-mas Planning… Don’t forget Christmas music, games, trivia, Christmas stories and of course movies… after all only 26days to Xmas:o)

The Ego has been getting a bad wrap of late and  i’m sure you all must be tired of hearing no honey that’s your ego talking… it’s like whats new ofcourse thats your ego talking who or what else would be talking? afterall the ego is a part of you just like every other part of your body. Whats funny is how people say thats your ego… like you dont know that? It’s like telling someone thats your hand daaaaah we all know that . An Ego is nothing sinister, bad or something to be scared of so guys get a life we all have one and guess what its directly connected to your personality and it’s here to stay, you cannot get rid of the ego so learn how to use it some would say learn how to control it either way it aint going nowhere so hey i suggest learn to understand your ego and how it operates and find your balance afater all it’s YOU.Well lets break down the word EGO:

“Ego” is a Latin and Greek word meaning ”

I“, often used in English to mean the “self”, “identity” or other related concepts. The self, especially as distinct from the world and other selves.

In psychoanalysis, the division of the psyche that is conscious, most immediately controls thought and behavior, and is most in touch with external reality. Appropriate pride in oneself; self-esteem.One’s image of oneself; morale

So please no need to be scared of the EGO for it is perfectly normal and nothing to shy away from. I can’t say this enough but its YOU and comes in handy especially when dealing with difficult situations, or people who try and put you down or make one feel worthless and also when you are trying to achieve goals and strive for success you tend to need alot of energy to do these things and Ego does burn well:o) . Simply put bring out that ego( one of your best allies)  and things will get done. So use it afterall it’s yours to use and enjoy.

Having an Ego is good and you will know that you are using it correctly by the results you get as the wise ones would say you will know by the fruits you bear. So basically if you are using ego incorrectly then ofcourse i’m sure you will be doing anything but enjoying the fuits but if used properly then voila all you will be doing is having great time enjoying the wonderful fruits that your ego and you have produced. So go ahead and  have some fun. Enjoy:o)

iron foodsIron deficiency or anemia affects many women and occurs when the body does not have enough iron and is very common in women with Heavy mentrual bleeding. it is very important because iron helps get enough oxygen throughout your body and your body uses the iron to make heamoglobin, which is part of your red blood cells and carries oxygen through your body. So if you have a low heamoglobin you cannot get enough oxygen.

If your iron is low you may experience headaches, look pale and have pale eyes, some people get moody abit cranky, feel short of breath, fatigue, dizzines and have trouble concentrating.

It can be treated by taking iron suppliment pills, eating foods rich in iron or taking a product known as Floradix which is a blend of fruits, vegetables and herbs rich in iron. This product is fantastic.( This is not an endorsement and neither do i get paid to advertise nor promote this product. I am simply sharing this information having heard from several women i personally know and who have gladly shared with me about how this product has helped them tremendously. This is also a product well known by medical doctors who make prescriptions so feel free to consult your doctor and ask them what they think about this product and its benefits.

If you prefer to eat foods rich in iron instead then here is a list of some of the foods that are very rich in iron:

Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards, parsley)

Lima, Soy and Pinto beans

Sunflower seeds

Dark Chocolate

Mixed berries( blackberries, blueberries, cranberries and strawberries)

It’s a new day meeting mama is out and meeting ex- girlfriends, wives and baby mamas are in…. Guys women are getting smarter and smarter everyday and catching on, they now know mama’s always got your back but your Ex’s they only got nothing but truth to share (most of the time). Gone are them good ol days when women could not wait to meet your mama, now they can’t wait to meet your ex- girlfriend, baby mama and ex- wife… yes yes, you got that right women are looking for some solid character references , real unbiased  references not the usual one sided biased character references his mama tends to sweetly provide. So guys if you’ve got 3 ex’s and they all have nothing good to say about you mmmm that’s 3 strikes and we all know 3 is a charm so keep it moving,  soorrry next:o)

I know you guys would like to know how its done right?  It’s pretty simple and goes something like this, Girrrl how you doing? I got something to ask you.. Ex: Sure girl whats on your mind? Tell me about Jack Ex: Girrrrrrrrrl you don’t even wonna know… phew, giiirrrl how much time you got.. coz boy oooh boy I got lots of stuff to tell you….. This is how the conversation starts whether he was mr wonderful or a sorry ass dude. Women have figured out that this is one of the fastest easiest way to get through the representative stage and get to the meat and potatoes of her potential Mr Right :o ) Women are  going deep sea diving on your ass … watch out now.. it’s game on.

So ladies put on your thinking cap on and always remember not to think with your heart it only keeps you emotional and not rational and since men never miss an opportunity to tell women just how emotional they are and how difficult it is for women to make concrete rational decisions it has finally sunk in and become very clear so now women are finally activating their dormant rational side and getting it up to speed and working at optimum level. It’s called balance!

Quick summary: Guys we don’t wonna meet your mama no more that’s old, we need a conversation with the your ex’s ALL of them if possible and if we still left with no clues then it’s time to take it a notch higher and investigate everybody you know including your whole family and friends.

So ladies happy dating and have even more fun doing the research, remember hard work sure does pay off:o)
