The weather has been really tricky this year, but take advantage of the times when the sun is smiling at you. If you are an amateur or saying that isn’t me STOP its soo simple get a little pot or pots that can sit nicely in your kitchen window and in then plant some herbs that you would normally use in your everyday cooking. Herbs like Basil, Coriander, parsley or chives. I have Oregano, Rosemary and Thyme in my herb box and the image with the sticks are the tomatoes. Most if not all herbs love the sun to if you chose to have them in your kitchen and your kitchen does not attract sunlight then you may want to place your herbs in a place in the kitchen that gets the most sunlight. Also if you have a balcony you can make a little plant box and place herbs like rosemary, oregano and thyme or even tomatoes and salads. To plant you can start from seed or buy seedlings but please buy them from an organic store or market since the main purpose of planting your own food is to not only eat fresh and tastier food but also eat organic.
So as you can see i already got started with my herbs and tomatoes, also put in some beets and pumpkins. Today I’m getting my salads in the ground and of course some flowers. I try to plant perennials or annuals or both that works better for me because i just have to do maintenance which is actually very little work with these plants and they always thank you by showing up every year faithfully oooh and Rhubarb easiest plant to take care of all you need to get right from the start is get the right location in your garden( they don’t need so much sun) get the right soil and Voila every year faithfully you will get yummy rhubarb for your rhubarb pies, jams, syrups . I’ll show you some pictures when they start to blossom which from the looks of it is pretty soon.
Also Roses are good to have in your garden since not only are they beautiful but they also smell very nice. Lavender is also nice to have, for me I have planted mine next to the roses which also keeps insects away and when they blossom i put them in a little bag and put it in the cupboard where i keep my beddings so when i make the beds they have a nice lavender smell…very nice. So of course everyone has their own preference and design for their garden. If you have children please don’t say you don’t have time get them out there they love playing with the soil aka gardening and seeing their plants grow. They are such committed and diligent workers lol it’s amazing and somewhat perfectionists they want it perfect and definitely give their plants so much love that their plants can’t stop growing.
Happy Easter and Happy planting!!

Should we ignore what scientists and nutritionists say about sugar and just have a good time enjoying candy, cakes, sodas, alcohol, energy drinks etc after all we have to have a good time in life and enjoy and that includes having parties and how can we party without sodas, cocktails, cakes, alcoholic drinks, sweets etc? What’s a party without party food? What i believe is that we need to actually face the facts that what we lacked information years back but today there is no excuse absolutely no excuse of partying like it’s your last day on this planet or eating excessive sugar with no consequence. Sugar is almost everything so we need to start paying more attention to what and how we consume sugar since as is it today we are eating tons of sugar everyday. So most of us know that consuming excessive sugar is definitely not good but for some reason we just can’t stop eating sugar and even crave it, which clearly shows that most people are addicted to sugar! Yes Sugar Addicts.
This is what we KNOW about sugar:
Sugar , glucose, fructose, sucrose etc are all killing people slowly but surely. But we can see the symptoms of excessive sugar and in the long-term the diseases that sugar has caused.
Sugar makes people FAT, Obesity, hypertension, causes diabetes, liver issues and heart disease
Sugar increases leptin resistance. Leptin is a hormone that tells your body that it is full and alerts your body that it has had enough to eat.
Sugar just like alcohol is toxic to the liver, increases aging, affects brain functionality and can also cause deficiency in memory and overall cognitive health.
So if you must have sugar which can now be found not only in sweets, cakes, beverages like sodas, alcohol and energy drinks but can also be found in breads, sauces and marinates so if you MUST please have sugar in moderation. Alternate or substitute with fruits which also have loads of sugar but if you MUST have sugar it would be better to eat fruit.
Ignorance is not really an option since we are in the information age and we shouldn’t ignore valuable information that can save lives and start make those necessary changes in our diet. Moderation is Key and hopefully in the long-term we can have a sugar free diet.
Happy Easter!

This is proving to be extremely challenging too many parents. If it’s not the food that is filled with GMOs, school systems where any child who talks too much or gets bored and fidgety gets quickly diagnosed with ADHD it’s amazing how many parents still manage to maintain their sanity. The children today have social media which sometimes becomes more of a burden that a fun thing and some children are getting depression, committing suicide, increased self esteem cases it’s truly amazing how parents are able to maintain their sanity. Old structures don’t work, gone are the days where a college degree guaranteed a job, cost of living is getting expensive and quality education is going to cost a few bucks more, children get to go to court for petty crime and are quickly sent to juvenile to me prison like institutions for doing things that we all know are just what teenagers do.
Piece of advice:
• Home school if you can, i know some countries and especially in Europe do not allow this i don’t get why they restrict parents but this seems like a good option considering the state of the schools today.
• Limit social media and at least be your child’s friend so that you can at least know and monitor the company they keep after all if its good company and nothing to worry about their should be fine with having mum and dad as friends.
• Teach them business skills; support their participation in activities and hobbies these might just be their future business or source of income.
• Teach them to be independent at a very early age. Please DO NOT mother you child, they need to be able to stand on their own after all you might not be around to be there for them 24-7. Most parents think that they will live forever and or always be capable to take care and provide for their children , which is not always the case because I have seen parents die before their children and I have also seen them lose everything jobs, home etc u name it they lost it. So please make your life and your children’s life easier and give them the life skills they need to be independent.
Give a man a fish; you feed them for a day. Teach them to fish you feed them for life!!
• Always pray for the most high to protect and provide for you and your family. Please Don’t underestimate the power of prayer.

thoughtsWith evidence growing that training the mind or inducing certain modes of consciousness can have positive health effects, researchers have sought to understand how these practices physically affect the body. A new study by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reports the first evidence of specific molecular changes in the body following a period of intensive mindfulness practice.
The study investigated the effects of a day of intensive mindfulness practice in a group of experienced meditators, compared to a group of untrained control subjects who engaged in quiet non-meditative activities. After eight hours of mindfulness practice, the meditators showed a range of genetic and molecular differences, including altered levels of gene-regulating machinery and reduced levels of pro-inflammatory genes, which in turn correlated with faster physical recovery from a stressful situation.
“To the best of our knowledge, this is the first paper that shows rapid alterations in gene expression within subjects associated with mindfulness meditation practice,” says study author Richard J. Davidson, founder of the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds and the William James and Vilas Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
“Most interestingly, the changes were observed in genes that are the current targets of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs,” says Perla Kaliman, first author of the article and a researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Research of Barcelona, Spain (IIBB-CSIC-IDIBAPS), where the molecular analyses were conducted.
The study was published in the Journal Psychoneuroendocrinology.
Mindfulness-based trainings have shown beneficial effects on inflammatory disorders in prior clinical studies and are endorsed by the American Heart Association as a preventative intervention. The new results provide a possible biological mechanism for therapeutic effects.
Gene Activity Can Change According To Perception
According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, gene activity can change on a daily basis. If the perception in your mind is reflected in the chemistry of your body, and if your nervous system reads and interprets the environment and then controls the blood’s chemistry, then you can literally change the fate of your cells by altering your thoughts.
In fact, Dr. Lipton’s research illustrates that by changing your perception, your mind can alter the activity of your genes and create over thirty thousand variations of products from each gene. He gives more detail by saying that the gene programs are contained within the nucleus of the cell, and you can rewrite those genetic programs through changing your blood chemistry.
In the simplest terms, this means that we need to change the way we think if we are to heal cancer. “The function of the mind is to create coherence between our beliefs and the reality we experience,” Dr. Lipton said. “What that means is that your mind will adjust the body’s biology and behavior to fit with your beliefs. If you’ve been told you’ll die in six months and your mind believes it, you most likely will die in six months. That’s called the nocebo effect, the result of a negative thought, which is the opposite of the placebo effect, where healing is mediated by a positive thought.”
That dynamic points to a three-party system: there’s the part of you that swears it doesn’t want to die (the conscious mind), trumped by the part that believes you will (the doctor’s prognosis mediated by the subconscious mind), which then throws into gear the chemical reaction (mediated by the brain’s chemistry) to make sure the body conforms to the dominant belief. (Neuroscience has recognized that the subconscious controls 95 percent of our lives.)
Now what about the part that doesn’t want to die–the conscious mind? Isn’t it impacting the body’s chemistry as well? Dr. Lipton said that it comes down to how the subconscious mind, which contains our deepest beliefs, has been programmed. It is these beliefs that ultimately cast the deciding vote.
“It’s a complex situation,” said Dr. Lipton. People have been programmed to believe that they’re victims and that they have no control. We’re programmed from the start with our mother and father’s beliefs. So, for instance, when we got sick, we were told by our parents that we had to go to the doctor because the doctor is the authority concerning our health. We all got the message throughout childhood that doctors were the authority on health and that we were victims of bodily forces beyond our ability to control. The joke, however, is that people often get better while on the way to the doctor. That’s when the innate ability for self-healing kicks in, another example of the placebo effect.
Mindfulness Practice Specifically Affects Regulatory Pathways
The results of Davidson’s study show a down-regulation of genes that have been implicated in inflammation. The affected genes include the pro-inflammatory genes RIPK2 and COX2 as well as several histone deacetylase (HDAC) genes, which regulate the activity of other genes epigenetically by removing a type of chemical tag. What’s more, the extent to which some of those genes were downregulated was associated with faster cortisol recovery to a social stress test involving an impromptu speech and tasks requiring mental calculations performed in front of an audience and video camera.
Biologists have suspected for years that some kind of epigenetic inheritance occurs at the cellular level. The different kinds of cells in our bodies provide an example. Skin cells and brain cells have different forms and functions, despite having exactly the same DNA. There must be mechanisms–other than DNA–that make sure skin cells stay skin cells when they divide.
Perhaps surprisingly, the researchers say, there was no difference in the tested genes between the two groups of people at the start of the study. The observed effects were seen only in the meditators following mindfulness practice. In addition, several other DNA-modifying genes showed no differences between groups, suggesting that the mindfulness practice specifically affected certain regulatory pathways.
The key result is that meditators experienced genetic changes following mindfulness practice that were not seen in the non-meditating group after other quiet activities — an outcome providing proof of principle that mindfulness practice can lead to epigenetic alterations of the genome.
Previous studies in rodents and in people have shown dynamic epigenetic responses to physical stimuli such as stress, diet, or exercise within just a few hours.
“Our genes are quite dynamic in their expression and these results suggest that the calmness of our mind can actually have a potential influence on their expression,” Davidson says.
“The regulation of HDACs and inflammatory pathways may represent some of the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic potential of mindfulness-based interventions,” Kaliman says. “Our findings set the foundation for future studies to further assess meditation strategies for the treatment of chronic inflammatory conditions.”
Subconscious Beliefs Are Key
Too many positive thinkers know that thinking good thoughts–and reciting affirmations for hours on end–doesn’t always bring about the results that feel-good books promise.
Dr. Lipton didn’t argue this point, because positive thoughts come from the conscious mind, while contradictory negative thoughts are usually programmed in the more powerful subconscious mind.
“The major problem is that people are aware of their conscious beliefs and behaviors, but not of subconscious beliefs and behaviors. Most people don’t even acknowledge that their subconscious mind is at play, when the fact is that the subconscious mind is a million times more powerful than the conscious mind and that we operate 95 to 99 percent of our lives from subconscious programs.
“Your subconscious beliefs are working either for you or against you, but the truth is that you are not controlling your life, because your subconscious mind supersedes all conscious control. So when you are trying to heal from a conscious level–citing affirmations and telling yourself you’re healthy–there may be an invisible subconscious program that’s sabotaging you.”
The power of the subconscious mind is elegantly revealed in people expressing multiple personalities. While occupying the mind-set of one personality, the individual may be severely allergic to strawberries. Then, in experiencing the mind-set of another personality, he or she eats them without consequence.
The new science of epigenetics promises that every person on the planet has the opportunity to become who they really are, complete with unimaginable power and the ability to operate from, and go for, the highest possibilities, including healing our bodies and our culture and living in peace.

dnaThe fascinating and recent discovery of a new, second DNA code last week further lends credence to what metaphysical scientists have been saying for millennia — the body speaks two different languages.
Since the genetic code was deciphered in the 1960s, researchers have assumed that it was used exclusively to write information about proteins.
But biologists have suspected for years that some kind of epigenetic inheritance occurs at the cellular level. The different kinds of cells in our bodies provide an example. Skin cells and brain cells have different forms and functions, despite having exactly the same DNA.
The human genome is packed with at least four million gene switches that reside in bits of DNA that once were dismissed as “junk” but it turns out that so-called junk DNA plays critical roles in controlling how cells, organs and other tissues behave. The discovery, considered a major medical and scientific breakthrough, has enormous implications for human health and consciousness because many complex diseases appear to be caused by tiny changes in hundreds of gene switches.
As scientists delved into the “junk” — parts of the DNA that are not actual genes containing instructions for proteins — they discovered a complex system that controls genes. At least 80 percent of this DNA is active and needed. Another 15-17 percent has higher functions scientists are still decoding.
Recent findings in the journal Science may have big implications for how medical experts use the genomes of patients to interpret and diagnose diseases, researchers said.
The genetic code uses a 64-letter alphabet called codons. Dr Stamatoyannopoulos with co-authors were stunned to discover that some codons, which they called duons, can have two meanings. One describes how proteins are made, and the other instructs the cell on how genes are controlled.
The newfound genetic code within deoxyribonucleic acid, the hereditary material that exists in nearly every cell of the body, was written right on top of the DNA code scientists had already cracked.
CONTROLS GENES Rather than concerning itself with proteins, this one instructs the cells on how genes are controlled. Its discovery means DNA changes, or mutations that come with age or in response to vibrational changes within the DNA, may be doing more than what scientists previously thought. “For over 40 years we have assumed that DNA changes affecting the genetic code solely impact how proteins are made,” said lead author John Stamatoyannopoulos, University of Washington associate professor of genome sciences and of medicine. “Now we know that this basic assumption about reading the human genome missed half of the picture,” he said. “Many DNA changes that appear to alter protein sequences may actually cause disease by disrupting gene control programs or even both mechanisms simultaneously.” These two meanings seem to have evolved in concert with each other. The gene control instructions appear to help stabilize certain beneficial features of proteins and how they are made. The discovery was made as part of the international collaboration of research groups known as the Encyclopedia of DNA Elements Project, or ENCODE.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.
This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to frequency. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.
Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. Garjajev’s research group They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.
