1cup oats
1 cup sesame seeds (I like less use ½ cup) Slightly roasted
1 cup flax seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds (slightly roasted)
1 cup pumpkin seeds (slightly roasted)
1 cup water
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 cup olive oil
Teaspoon salt
1 egg ( beaten)

Mix ALL ingredients together and form a dough. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll flat on greaseproof sheet (parchment paper) make it as thin as possible.
Using a brush glaze with egg lightly and cut into the sizes you would like lightly (just make the parts don’t actually cut through completely, this is making it easier to separate once backed) simply put make cracker size shaped biscuit like shapes… he he heee
Bake until golden brown it takes between 15-20 mins at 175C
Separate and store in air tight container and I put mine in the fridge( optional If you have a full house or making for a party not necessary) and this is what it should look like when you are done:o)

Voila enjoy with smoked salmon, cream cheese, plain cheese, ham, whatever floats your boat:o)
